I have worked with people facilitating healing, health and wellbeing through touch and corrective therapies. I have over 10 years’ experience in massage, predominantly working with rehabilitation & trauma including pre- and post-event. I am also a classically trained Hatha Yoga Teacher with 6 years’ experience teaching beginners through to intermediate level students. This includes working with various injuries and stages of rehabilitation. I am a confident, positive and empathetic professional who holds the best outcomes for my clients in the forefront of my professional practice. I have extensive experience working with people from all walks of life, enabling my clients old and new to feel at ease and have trust in my hands. Based in Takapuna on Auckland's North Shore, I practice at a variety of Auckland locations. I also offer a mobile massage service and can come to your home or workplace.
